Dale
E. Kreienkamp, SPHR – Dale is a senior human resources
executive with over 25 years of human resources experience. His areas
of expertise include benefit plan design and administration (welfare
and pension), compensation, employee communications, employee incentive
and recognition programs, employee relations, incentive compensation,
leadership development, performance management, staff development
and union avoidance. He is experienced in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures
and facility spin offs. He has an undergraduate degree in human resources
and received his master’s degree in human resources from Washington
University. Dale is also accredited as a Senior Professional in Human
Resources (SPHR), through the Society for Human Resource Management.
