Kate
P. Schwadron – Kate has 20 years of experience in
human resources. She has created and directed the human resources
function for a 900 employee division of an integrated health care
delivery system, in addition to expanding and defining the role
of human resources management in smaller organizations. Kate has
experience in creating specialized human resources policies and
processes, including compensation programs, for organizations in
the university, banking and health care sectors. Kate’s strengths
are in employee relations, effective communications, management
coaching, and compensation and benefit plan design and implementation.
Kate is experienced in acquisitions and mergers.
